Non-Personally Identifiable Information
CoinCrack uses Google Analytics and other analytics tools to better understand how people are using our website. This helps us improve our products and user experience for our customers. Things like the type of browser and operating system our customers are using and what pages they visit are captured by these analytics tools but are kept completely separate from personally identifiable information with no way to tie the two together.
Payments & Security
To ensure the safety of your credit card and payment information, CoinCrack entrusts experts in online payments and security like CoinBase, WePay and PayPal. In fact, your payment information is never seen by us at all. All payments are processed by these trusted third party vendors who then pay us once the transaction is complete.
